Median home prices in the Westerville area (43081 & 43082) are basically back to where they were in the fall. A combination of low interest rates, low home prices, a nice spring and summer plus an $8,000 first time home buyers tax credit has fueled the rebound thus far. Granted we still have a ways to go and it still remains a buyers market.
